Customers must understand that they are involved in adventurous activities which can be mentally and physically challenging. Customers should be prepared for this and be in good health. You will be required to fill out a medical form prior to partaking in any adventurous activity and inform Great Glen Adventures of any further relevant medical information arising between filling out the form and the start of the activity.
You should be fully aware that adventurous activities can be risky and accept the possibility that you may be injured or even killed during the activities. Whilst Great Glen Adventures has a duty of care towards each customer and staff member you must understand this element of risk.
You should also be aware that adventurous activities are highly subject to local weather and conditions and whilst every effort will be made to meet the aims of your holiday sometimes this will not be safe or practical. In this event every effort will be made to offer suitable alternatives but no refunds will be available.
It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain their own appropriate insurance prior to the break.
